Work to address a challenging half finished front garden including walls, fencing, flagging and fixing complicated steps has been completed to the highest standard. Totally professional, consulted throughout and great singers to boot.

We used JK Build for our two storey wrap around extension on our three bed semi, which is as big as it sounds, but Joel and the team made the entire transformation as painless as possible. From digging out the foundations, to laying the final roof tile, all works were carried out swiftly and professionally. Can’t fault these guys, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Looking for any building work then JK Build are your team. We had a single story rear extension. There were a few delays due to Covid but I was kept up to date regular with when work would re-commence. The team are professional, punctual, trustworthy (we left them with a key to our house to come and go as they needed) and extremely knowledgeable. The work carried out was done to a high standard and I’m pleased with the finished job. Nothing was too much trouble for them even when I decide to change my plans and opt for bi-folds than 2 sliding doors. Joel sorted out my request and spoke to the relevant people so these changes could be made. The workmanship these guys have is fantastic even the neighbours commented on how hard they worked. I will only use JK Build and would recommend to anyone who was looking for any work to be done.

We have just completed our whole house renovation through JK Build. They are such a fantastic team and we can’t thank them enough. The project was well managed to an exceptionally high standard. This was also all completed at an affordable price compared to other quotes. JK’s extended team of tradesmen and craftsman integrated well into the project and completed their work effectively and efficiently throughout. We can’t recommend the JK Build team enough! Thanks again lads

I can’t really put in to words what an amazing job Joel and the team did on our extension. From start to finish it was highly professional job, he even suggested little things that we hadn’t thought of to maximise how the finish would look. The thought of having no kitchen for weeks, whilst having two young kids, filled us with dread, but Joel kept us with a working kitchen all the way through the build to relieve some of the pressure. The lads he used on the electrics, plastering, plumbing and joinery were all brilliant lads and also did a brilliant job to give us a fantastic finish. As the pictures show, a little bit of inconvenience is massively outweighed by the finished result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JK Build to anyone who was thinking of having any work done…..you won’t regret it!!

Being a contracts manager for my own building company, I was highly conscious and self-aware in hiring a brickwork team for a personal job of my own which I had designed. Knowing that brickwork was the single most important aspect of this build I was very cautious in who I selected. Right from the start I was impressed with the level of knowledge, cooperation and understanding JK Build had for the project and I was instantly put at ease. From the moment they started work on site it was all hands on deck and they managed to build a single storey wrap around extension to the highest standard in 6 days. I can’t thank the lads enough for their time and professionalism they have shown throughout the build.
